“ I have eaten here, for probably 20 years off and on. Usually delivery, but occasionally have eaten inside. Servers and staff always made us feel welcomed. Food is reasonably priced and portions are good. I had a ladies affair for my birthday yesterday and had it prearranged via Door Dash for 2PM delivery. Food arrived at my home ahead of scheduled time. It was packed well presentation A plusand piping hot. Transportated well to my venue almost an hour later, still warm. My guests enjoyed the food 2 whole chickens, 2 orders of beef ribs, yellow rice, Spanish chips, fries, plantains, fresh steam vegetables, and 2 Seafood Paellas. Good stuff Pic Nic BBQ. ”

“ Ive tried all the other ribs and chicken restaurants in ironbound newark only to be disappointed with all of them. Most restaurants in newark are gouging customers however this place was a breath of fresh air. Excellent ribs that were very tasty and was given 7 ribs. Typically the order comes with fries and rice making it not such a healthy meal but this place gives you a choice of many different sides including collard greens and mixed veggies making it a very healthy meal. This is the only place I know here that has multiple side choices. The price was reasonable, not a gouging price, so you get value for your money spent! I highly recommend this place. Give it a shot you wont be sorry. Jonas and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. ”

“ Ive been ordering from this place for over five years Everything Ive tried off the menu from the ribs to the chicken to the soup and even the dessert is delicious. The staff is wonderful if you want to dine in the atmosphere is quiet and romantic and family friendly. Ive never been disappointed anytime I have a big event for work or a birthday party. I use them. The meat is cooked to the perfect temperature so its never dry always juicy and delicious. I love it ”
